Supporting the Development of a Tenant Participation Action Plan
Client: Rural Housing Association
Project: Tenant Engagement and Strategy Development
ESI Consultancy worked with Rural Housing Association and its tenant panels to support the development of a new Tenant Participation Action Plan.
Working collaboratively with tenants, I facilitated discussions, gathered feedback and supported the development of a plan that reflects tenants’ views, priorities and aspirations for the future.
The project focused on creating meaningful opportunities for tenants to influence decision-making, help shape services and strengthen tenant participation across the organisation.
It was a pleasure to work alongside Rural Housing Association and its tenant panels on this initiative, supporting their commitment to putting tenants at the heart of decision-making.

Facilitating Discussions at Circle VHA’s First Tenant Conference
Client: Circle Voluntary Housing Association (Circle VHA)
Project: Tenant Conference – Facilitation and Engagement
ESI Consultancy was delighted to contribute to Circle VHA’s first-ever Tenant Conference, held on 14 October 2026, bringing tenants and colleagues together for a day of conversation, learning and discussion about issues that matter to tenants.
I facilitated a panel discussion on Understanding Your Rights as a Tenant, bringing together perspectives from across the housing and tenant advocacy sectors.
I also led an interactive breakout session, Having a Voice That Matters, exploring the importance of tenant voice and meaningful engagement, and the opportunities for tenants to share their experiences and influence the services that affect them.
It was a pleasure to be involved in this important event and to support Circle VHA’s commitment to listening to tenants, encouraging dialogue and keeping tenants at the heart of decision-making.
